Existing Ltd company and introducing caravan letting

Pretty much as above...my consultancy business run through ltd company and I am looking at purchasing a static caravan to rent out. I was planning on purchasing the caravan through the business and it becoming part of my trade. May purchase additional caravans next year. Does this sound feasible?

nothing wrong with the company doing this, depending on your income you may well be better off doing this personally i.e. outside of the company
