Hi,

We have a requirement to provide hosted exchange 2013 to a few small clients, we have always done dedicated Exchange Hosting per customer but now looking into Multi-Tenant Exchange.

what do you guys use to setup tenant?

Not really something i'd recommend to a client for critical services such as email with the frequency 365 is down. 4 hours on a weekday morning within the last 2 weeks alone. If you want a supported business solution Hosted Exchange with a reliable provider is the best option. Most businesses can be without word and excel for a few hours but not email.

Surprised to hear that. I know high profile businesses (+30k users) that use Office 365 without any major hiccups compared to any other hosted Exchange provider. Have you got any proof of your claims?

I would also go the O365 to avoid all the hassle of managing the servers/service. Or, at least, move the servers to the cloud so you can avoid hardware issues and can have more agile deployments and rollbacks.
