Hi All,

We have a stock inventory list and when we add the cost price it keeps it in dollars and we need it in pounds and when we want to change to pounds we have to go and format the cell is there any easier way of changing it so it always stays in pounds

Is your System Preferences set to UK Pound? this is under Control Panel - > Region Settings

Hello Austin,
Excel uses your Windows settings. So you can change this in your Windows Control Panel, uder "Regional Settions" -> Region -> Additional Settings -> Currency symbol (the links are for Windows 8.1)
