European Customs

Hello All,

I'm new to this forum and i am selling to Europe for the first time and i heard there are customs fees such as VAT for shipping good outside of the EU. My goods are being shipped from China & Hong Kong lets say to France would my buyer have to pay VAT??


Where would i get information for countries in Europe that have these customs requirements??

I'll appreciate any assistance on the matter.
