hmmm, very difficult ofcourse - many of the large websites won't give up their highly prized webspace for nothing.

My company might be prepared to do a link exchange, but your site would need to be some kind of jobs database offering (UK) job listings though... and we will require a homepage recip swap for it to be worth doing on our end.

You wont get onto the Totaljobs/Monster type websites, trust me I've tried this approach, even with my established portals - the whole recip linking thing is riddled with barriers eg: mostly with sites wanting insane amounts of cash for a weblink spot

Its all about money.
