Signed up for a linux reseller with EUKhost, having heard good things from 2 people.
Little did we know that the server instance would have php mail() disabled. Yes, that means that every contact form across every website is now broken with no way to get emails from clients!
After pointing out the sheer idiocy of this with their live chat for 15 minutes, eventually they said that they could move us to a php mail function enabled server, but that it would require a support ticket, migration, and likely the sacrifice of several chickens or children (I'm still waiting to see on this part).
Who in their right mind would disable mail() on a linux reseller package? Surely the answer is no one, leaving the question of what were EUKhost thinking as being unanswered
(headbang), rinse lather repeat
