Hi

Does anyone know of a database listing all UK based estate agents?

I am wanting to offer estate agents presenter based broadcast tours of their properties for only circa £20 per property.

The presenter will welcome the viewer to the property and then talk them round pointing out all the features.

I think you would have to contact the head offices which shouldn't be too hard to collate a database.

Why not have a look on Rightmove and see what agencies are actually promoting themselves online and would be open to such a service.

I hope you let us know how it goes and aren;t just one of those one off posters who get what they need and disappear into the sunset.

Film a property tour with a presenter, editing, uploading to site etc for £20 per property??

Whenever I've needed to find lists of Estate agents for whatever reason I've always gone onto Rightmove. £20 per tour sounds terribly low by the way,

Hi,

I like your idea, I think it will be very popular for all parties concerned!

It may be a good idea using a data supplier that would provide you with majority of estate agents within the UK. We use a company called LBM, they provide majority of our data and it is very good quality. If you would like the details please let me know and I will pass this info on to you.

The only problem with getting this info off RightMove is transferring this information onto a manageable spreadsheet so you can keep track of your process. It could end up being quite time consuming when targeting such a large target market!
