EPS helper needed

Hi everyone

I have an eps file, but can't open it. I want to bring it into microsoft publisher (probably as a jpeg), so was wondering if anyone could help?

I've been told that if I can find someone with Adobe photoshop then i could send it to them they could then convert it to jpeg format and send it back.

Any photoshoppers out there willing to get a poor man out of a fix?
