Epos / back office setups for new shop?

Hi there,

I've been researching the web, and speaking with a few retailers about what would suit me best for a new retail shop system.

I'm hoping some folk on here can help too?

I'm planning to open a retail shop, which will stock aid range of products, some of which I will be packaging myself and needing to create new barcodes for.

I like the idea of an epos till system, but would also be looking for a back office system for reports and invoicing goods charged to accounts.

I'm looking for some pointers on packages that can provide the following things.

Epos systems,
Back office systems,
Chip and pin device,
An accounts facility via swipe card,
Stock control (possibly a hand held device),
Transfer of stock from shop to our workshop etc??

Sorry for the lack of info, I'm just trying to put down what I'm thinking I need,
