Employing staff

Hi all,

I was wondering if any of you kind people could tell me whether it's best to hire a cleaning company it hire cleaning staff ourselves to clean our offices?

We use an outside company as they take care of ordering of supplies, staffing (including holiday/sick cover) and it's one less thing to deal with.

That said, in the early days we did it ourselves, perhaps not as often as we should have!

What's your thoughts on it?

One thing that would worry me, if you got bad cleaners through a cleaning company and decided to change contracts, my understanding is that the cleaning staff would TUPE over to the new cleaning company....
