Employers/Employees NI refund

Hi,

I have just been working through some outstanding items on my accounts and realised that back in April/May when I completed my PAYE end of year I should have got a small Employee refund and a small but slightly larger Employers NI refund.

Does anyone know if HMRC are taking forever to deliver these refunds?

Obviously I will be chasing them up later today

Normal process is to deduct from a future payment - much quicker

Oh right I should have manually deducted it? Rather than let HMRC sort it out?

Shall I preempt any rebate then and just deduct from this months PAYE/NI payment?
