Wow. Impressive employer there.

Doing things that every employer should be doing regardless.... but thinking they're a superhero for doing it.

I actually think he sounds like a remarkable employer.

Doing things that every employer should be doing? I don’t agree that every employer SHOULD pay 120%+ of minimum wage, 13 weeks sick pay at full pay, etc, so please don’t disrespect people just because you have some chip on your shoulder.

@MikeJ good on you for being a good employer. I hope you won’t mind me pinching some of your ideas haha. Can you please explain the idea of buying an extra day holiday? Is it just unpaid holiday or am I misunderstanding?

Yes, just unpaid leave. We don't bother about reducing pension payments, but I guess we could.
