Hi,

Our Head Office in Finland is signed up to a company called https://www.postiviidakko.fi/ to which they do our marketing somewhat for our database(s) for the United Kingdom.

The database for our UK email addresses has been built up over many years. Some have unsubscribed, left their companies etc etc. so emails may not be fully clean.

Is there really any pros or cons for having this Finnish mailing to UK based addresses? Is it more or less likely to be received into the recipients inbox vs their spam?

What's recommended otherwise?

I think it depends on the level of security that the recipients have on their email accounts. Most of the time, there can be little to no chance of problems arising from this. You may just need to consider the emailing strategies (frequency, content, etc.) that you would use to heighten the chance of your emails not going to spam.

1. You need to get these emails cleaned and see if they still exist, someone off Fiverr or upwork can do that or you

2. Then send out an email to your audience and look at the open rate.
