Could anyone suggest some companies which supply good quality e-mail marketing data for b2b email marketing.

None of self-respecting company sell its own email list. If you pay for ready email database, your email marketing will fail anyway. I know its not the straight answer to your question, but it would be much better to collect data by yourself, and get some content marketing with your future customers before send any sales or cooperation offer.

It has proven very successful for us over the past couple of years, we may get the odd bugger off but we generate many leads doing this and get complimented on our e-mail frequently.
