email addresses of BT board

There was a thread on here some months (or was it years) ago in which some people said they had the email addresses of various CEOs including that of BT. I would be grateful if they still have them if they could let me know this (and any other directors for that matter). I intend complaining to them over their appaling customer service over what I would regard as a relatively simple job of moving a number (including broadband) to new premises.

I won't go into details here, but a subsidiary complaint which is shared by many other companies operating a so called 'help line' is their message (which I know off by heart) while waiting for a long time for someone to answer that they are experiencing a particulary heavy demand at the moment, implying there are times when they do not experience this demand. Of course there are not, and the message is never changed. They must think we are stupid.

He passed onto his business team who called myself and boy was it so easy to sort out.

The problem is quite simple with BT, their indian call centres, we cannot understand them and they cannot understand us.
