Morning guys!

I hope all is well! i was just wondering what soft-wear are people using for automatic Electronic Signatures?

I am currently sending documents to clients that need signing and returning. At present i am manually sending them out to clients when they complete the online application. They then print, sign, scan and return. I would really like a one step process. Where they sign up and documentation is sent automatically for them to E Sign and return?

I have been looking around and Adobe seem to be the market leader but they want a 3 year subscription. Now I've made that mistake before and signed up for 3/4 years and then as we know technology changes so quick and you you tied in to a contract so therefore cant change.

What is everyone else using?? if you could help i'd be grateful

DocuSign is a really secure solution. You have to pay for the service though -

You can use electronic signing with the free Adobe Acrobat Reader DC, but that would require your clients to download and install the free Adobe software also.

I've used both Pandadoc and DocuSign. I prefer Pandadoc but DocuSign links with Google docs and word which is always handy.
