Electronic invoicing, merchant account

Hi All,

I am just developing a job board and rather than making people pay as they advertise their jobs i instead want to offer electronic invicing, so that we invoice them once a week or something rather than this whole pay as you advertise.

With that in mind can anybody recomend a merchant account that would allow me to send out electronic invoices as opposed to having to integrate it in to my system.
