EEE electronic waste take back scheme

Is anyone on here familiar with the EEE take back scheme? I'm trying to find answers to the following questions:

1. How much is this going to be for a small seller (selling <5k of relevant goods per month)
2. I'e read somewhere that signing up for the take back scheme - instead of offering take back myself - will only work until 2017. Hard to believe that this is true.
3. How easy and quick is sign up. Is it a lot of paperwork?
4. Do I have to display relevant information on my Amazon page?
5. Is there an easy way to find out which products are regulated by this, e.g. what about DVDs.
