Ecommerce site needs quoting

Calling all web designers/developers! - I'm currently looking at a new business venture and to be able to write my business plan I need a quote for my website.

At the moment this is a theoretical tender & not an actual tender - I just need an idea of cost for when the time comes.

It will be a full ecommerce site linking into paypal probably. I'm looking for front end & back end functionality.

I'd obviously spec the whole site out for you - how I need it to work, where everything needs to go etc.

I want to be able to change all content myself (with no html/programming skills)

All the important parts of the admin area, the long product descriptions, categories, news etc plus the CMS system (in the next release) use FCKEditor which is a full WYSIWYG editor. You can also embed images, flash etc straight from there.
