*Eco-friendly packaging for my new cosmetics business*

Hello all

I'm new here so please be patient, I looked for this information in the forum but couldn't find it.

I'm preparing to launch an organic cosmetic business mainly selling online but with plans to diversify our channel in the medium/long term.

My question is about packaging. If you were to buy cosmetics online, would it be acceptable to receive it in a branded jiffy bag? I'm inclined to get some nice boxes instead but I am struggling to find suppliers or neat eco-friendly boxes with a low volume order (I'm not planning on ordering 1000 boxes just now!).

Also, can I pick your brains about product packaging in terms of glass and plastics containers? I am looking for eco-friendly glass bottles and jars and also some plastic ones but again, I need to be able to buy it in small quantities.

Any tips for me? please!!:|

I can put you onto http://www.ampulla.co.uk/ who will do bottles in small quantities but I don't know if they do recycled.

I use them for some supplies and find them ok to deal with but I usually phone them after ordering online to chase delivery up a little !

They'll happily send you out some samples if you want.
