Ive just bought some integrated labels, so that i can print off the postage label and an invoice/packing slip at the same time.

i was hoping i would be able to print the royal mail "postage paid" label this way. is it possible?

Hi Mattyk50,

As Antropy kindly mentioned, our software Linnworks has a customizable Invoice template creator where you can incorporate a shipping label to an invoice for when using integrated paper.

All information from your orders pulled into Linnworks will then be mapped to the correct locations in your invoice thus automating the label printing process.

Other things to mention would be direct integrations with your courier services. What this would mean is that all postal definitions (I.E weights or dimensions) would be stored for every item you sell. Once processed this data sent directly to your integrated courier service (Royal Mail OBA for example) to calculate the cost of the consignment and then bill you directly to your account. Saving you having to manually input any information yourself.

This would allow you to print a PPI stamp directly to your shipping label.

Please click here for a full list of our courier integrations.

If you have any further questions please do not hesitate to contact me.

Right, change of subject slightly then, Linnworks is marketed as a multi-channel piece of software that can help for those with items listed across eBay, Amazon, Webstore etc.

What I'd like to know, is can Linnworks help me take my eBay listings, rejig them somewhat, and get them into such a format that can be easily listed onto Amazon. I was given a trial on Linnworks about 12 months ago, through the Ebay 'Accelerated Growth Programme'. But received almost zero help with setting it up & using it, and didn't think it could really help me, so I gave up.

Hi Josh,

With Linnworks, you can import your Product information from eBay. There are various ways to import information into Linnworks. You can create inventory yourself, pull in information through the integration, but for listing purposes the best way would be by exporting it into a CSV file from Turbolister and uploading it using our data import tool. From here you can then create inventory. You can then set up configurators (templates) in LinnLive that will use that imported data to create a listing in a format that will create a Listing directly to your Amazon channel in bulk.

We still offer a 30 day trial where you can set this up and try it out for yourself. During the trial we offer many of the features you will find on the basic and standard packages.

· 10 minute sync time.
· LinnLive (our listing tool).
· Unlimited, uncapped product limit.
· 24/5 Ticket support with responses given within an 8 hour time frame.

To all of our customers we provide full documentation, getting started guide, video tutorials, active forums and live weekly webinars demonstrating the setup and operation of the software, which follows up with a Q&A session should you have any questions following the presentation.

We also offer training sessions as additional purchases, where a member of our technical team can remote into your computer and offer you full tuition on how to set up and operate the software.

Lastly, should you wish the system to be set up for you, we have certified partners that can offer full implementation, training services and even web services.

I would be happy to talk you through the basics and steps you need to get started with the software.

Kind Regards,

Richard Maxted.

Product specialist.
