Where are the email addresses collected from and what software are you using for the mailshot?

 

as above. Do you supply email address's or do we ?

You would send them to me in Excel. I have a few mailing lists that are available i.e. schools and HR Managers and a few others. Mailshots are sent out using a system similar to Bronto that tracks all responses, click throughs, unsubcribes etc.. and I can clean the list ofr you and keep on file for as when you want to use it. Mailshots can be designed by you or by me to be e-mailed out.

I may have a requirement - we have a client interested in sending regular e-shots to their clients, we had many problems with our ISP last time we sent an e-shot on behalf of a client. Basically - we can provide you with the excel spreadsheet - can you please email me dierctly with a price for designing the e-shot and a separate one for sending it. Can you please , confirm that our client will not be effected in any problems related to this e-shot. I was emailed once on a cold basis and the e-shot had a problem it kept sending thousands of emails to everyone on the list over and over agin and clogged up our mailbox. It took my IT guy 2 days to sort it out and it was not our problem. I am cautious about recommending anyone to a client after this.

I've PM'ed you all, if you have any more questions please let me know. As a quick summary

* I can supply various lists - please ask for details or you can provide them to me in Excel
* Prices start from £50 depending on number of names and design work involved
* E-Mails are sent from an external server not through our own company e-mail system which reduces the likelihood of any problems such as the one mentioned by Ann (we have never had this happen to us and have been using the system sucessfully for months)
*The benefits of using me rather than constant contact is that i take the hard work out of it and can give you back a clean list and results, also I have years of experience in marketing and advertising and know how to design a good e-mail mailer!
* We can keep lists stored and clean them and mail them regularly for you - you can book mailings up to 12 months in advance and then not have to worry about them
