As a small business we tend not to use huge amounts of energy, except for electricity to run computers.
However, as a small green accolade, we launched our CRM system where our customers can view all invoices and letters on the internet. We no longer send anything in the post, and the majority of our contact is by email.
Has anybody else tried this? If so, how did your customers respond to the change?
So far, the feedback we have had has been positive, and its quite nice to have all of our correspondence in one place.
Id be interested in hearing other peoples similar stories.
