I have had a quick search around and there is one called Eclipse. Not sure the specs of it though. Have you asked your network?

I've been looking for one, but the problem is android doesn't support dual sim natively, so if you can find one it wont be true dual sim e.g. both sims working at the same time.

Defeats the object of having 1 device, but battery life on phones nowadays is shocking
