Hi, my name is Melvyre02. I've been researching the world of Dropshipping and I was looking to get started, but I was looking for a place with useful people who might be able to help me along the way.

I came across your forums, which I'm delighted about.

My intention is to find suppliers who support fast delivery in Dropshipping and to sell these products using Ebay.

I found Dropshippingfrance.fr and I found only positive reviews, which is promising.

Can someone advise, when you have access to these suppliers, it's as simple as finding products you would like to sell, contact them for pricing and from there, you can agree to sell them at a unit price?

Can I first apologize if my lack of knowledge appears to be ignorant, I have tried to find unbiased advice and support online, but with so many scammers, I am not sure what is true and what is a scam.

It's a very competitive market because every man and his dog are at it, but yes, it is essentially finding a supplier of a product and getting a price. You list that product wherever you are selling for more and you keep the differance. So if you bought a product for £5 and sold it for £12, you would make £7. But that is before shipping costs, ebay/amazon fee's etc so you need to factor that in.

Have a look at Oberlo who already have a vast catalogue of products you can dropship and they also have a good article here about dropshipping on Ebay https://www.oberlo.co.uk/blog/ebay-dropshipping

You will also compete with retailers who buy stuff wholesale. Usually buying cheaper than you and can sell cheaper than you too. And even get stuff delivered quicker.
They may be buying at five pounds to sell for 15 while you buy at ten pounds and if you try matching your price get less profit. Your risks are different and your cost of buying is different.

Dropshipping you can sell the odd item - list a few million items and sell thousands a day.

You also need ideally to find suppliers who give you decent stock figures. Daily or real time.
You do not want to sell the item, try and buy it then find out it's sold out. Too many of those and eBay will kick you off.
