done-but with errors on page

I loaded a few pages yesterday afternoon and they are all displaying fine, but some of them have the error note in the bottom left corner saying 'done - but with errors on page'

What is causing that?

These are javascript errors. If you click on the message then it will give you a line number in the source code where the error is.

Firefox gives you better info than IE for troubleshooting this.
