Just in case you get an "official" looking letter from these guys, saying that your domain is about to expire and you must reply to them within a certain amount of time....and pay them some money to renew it for you....DON'T....you just renew your domain through the company you originally purchased from....a simple google for domainrenewalgroup.com will get you a few hits detailing this lot....

if in doubt...ask someone first before you send these guys money....

if it looks like a duck....alks like a duck.....fill in the blanks...lol

all the best....

Had a letter from these lot this morning - thought I'd head on here to mention it as it's a bit different from the usual ones I get from Domain Registry of America. Thought it worth bumping back up for others to see - always do your renewal with your current provider!

It's a bit of a weird US/UK mash up that they've sent, US Letter size paper with the corresponding US style envelope (short, wide address window). Yet postage paid using a Royal Mail PPI printed on. Contact details are toll-free US numbers and language is US English, but pricing in Sterling and return address is in London.

Reading it, it does talk about renewing and switching to them, it's not a bill, it's an offer - which I guess is covering their backs but for the 'unwise' it could easily be mistaken.

Shame the return envelope isn't pre-paid otherwise I'd return their blank slip to them, waste a bit of their postage budget :p

Whenever we receive these we rip them up and post them right back to them in their freepost envelope...... well freepost in as we dont put a stamp on!

    Thanks

    Paul

Just paper, where's your sense of fun, I added a few metal washers, tap washers and any other bits of junk I could find in the kitchen drawer. Stuffed it full and stuck it with sticky tape. Stamp? you mean you're suppose to put a stamp it on.... oh dear, what a shame.:D
