Hello,
We changed an employees pay packet from salary to base + commission.
We served him two week notice of the change which he worked through.
Does his new contract mean he has a new start date? Would that then mean he would fall under the same regulations as a new hire when we talk about redundancy obligations and accrual of holidays?
