Does anyone know if MS Office 365 is down

Hi,

Does anyone know if Microsoft 365 is down, as I cannot login to Onenote or Outlook or via Webmail?

Although my phone can?? So I am receiving emails and able to send via phone but not on desktop or laptop.

When I try and log in I get an 'unknown tenant error' message! And my username which is my email is not a registered user!?!

All very strange.

yes, we have multiple customers with 365 and 1 specially is getting AADSTS90002: Tenant not found. this is first time we have seen this and the status page for us isnt helping no suggestions other than wait for MS to fix

I'm not seeing any problem on my domain, so it's not universal. Hopefully it will be fixed soon.

We’ve determined that an authentication issue is preventing users from accessing the Office365 service. This issue is limited to the APAC, Japan and EMEA regions and we’re working to resolve it.

this basically means the world -russia -americas - ouch

Just checked one of my main customer (UAE Domain) and logged in with no problem. Closed the connection down and logged back into my own (UK) account - again no problem

Just checked access to a Canadian customer domain - no issues.

Seems to be related to authentication using a particular infrastructure.

I think it is working now. Well outlook is I think. Had two emails in. OneNote is just firing up.

bloody annoying that without username etc I can't get hold of anyone at MS!! I think they need to think of a new way to contact them.

I can't get hold of anyone at MS!!

I always track service health through the admin panel. Click the app launcher (to the left of 'Office 365' in Outlook) and select "Admin". Then select 'Service Health'.
