Hello. I have a 2nd interview for an Sales Executive role for a company that sells ICT products and services.
I have no IT experience but 20 years of succesfull selling in various industries.
I have to prepare a presentation on how to generate £1.2m of turnover.
Main products will be:
Structured Cabling
Premium WiFi
Temporary IT Staffing
Software Solutions
Target market is companies with their IT HQ in UK but with worldwide IT requirements.
The main problem is that I have no idea on prices so how can I cost out a £1.2m plan.
I have plenty of ideas on how to generate prospects but would obviously welcome any ideas.
But mainly how on earth can I cost this out without a pricing guide???
