If you know better webmaster tools. It tells you every thing about your site keep regular track on it. and if you still want to use other tool then. Ahref and Small seo tools are best choose ay one of them .

You can find errors using google webmaster tool like page indexing error, sitemap error and many more. For better results i think you should go for google webmaster tool!
