Are you having problems with gmail?

I just can't get into my account, it keeps loading a white page and I've noticed that a # is being added at the end of the URL, wasn't there before!!

How annoying!!

Working for me.

 

It's working OK for me BUT I have had the same problem as you are experiencing now (twice) and eventually it seemed to sort itself out after a day or two.

I have a few accounts and have been using it for a few years now, but I've never had this problem... it was working this morning!! grrrr

Strangely enough, when I have had the problem it's always knocked off at about the same time (late morning, early afternoon).

I've just gone down the usual route of clearing cache, etc and it let me get into my inbox.

I came out of it again and went to reopen and .... you guessed it, wouldn't let me in....

so, just to see if it would work, I went back and cleared the cache again (not that there'd have been much there) but it let me back in again after this....

Any ideas?

and where do I report problems to gmail as I can't see ANYWHERE where I can do this

I have a Gmail account, but I barely use it.

Honestly, I just cannot trust Google. As time goes on, they seem more and more shady to me.

You heard about how they acquired that one Spyware company recently?

It does that on my laptop when you get to the white screen just press F5 or refresh and it usually works after that.

I used Gmail for a while and hated it. Their spam filter seems a bit overzealous to me.

I route all my mail through Gmail so that i can see all my mail from pretty much any device pretty much anywhere.

I dont really have a problem with spam get 2-3 bits a week in there

Adsense was down for a bit yesterday so gmail might have been affected too.

well it's still playing up.... let's me in one minute and not the next and refreshing isn't working

I'm sure you've tried the various forums, but just in case. It looks like it might be a MS automatic update last week, but..who knows?
People have tried clearing cache
clearing temp files
using old gmail addy
but none work all the time.

Me I'm touching wood as I'm getting/sending all mine ok, (all via outlook.)
