do you make a big order from china?

there are a lot wholesalers in China,the products are nice and the price is so cheap.but some people do not trust them. just like,my new customer buy some clothes or shoes from here,do not make big order at the first time. usually,they make a small deal,after texting our iterms and serivce then will purchase continued.
do you make a big order from china? what do you think about it?
