Hi all,
Before you start offering your services please... please read this. I have been through 4 different call centres who have failed to deliver on their promise.
I am looking for an inbound type telesales agents. This is 100% inbound consumer sales.Selling vitamin products with orders value over £120. Consumers are not aware of the price when calling in but interested in the product.
Inbound calls currently been as high as 90 in a day average time is around 10mins per call. But right now, its 30min a day due to handling calls in house.
We are currently converting at 29%.
Would prefer 24hr 7 days a week call centre.
