Do i Charge VAT on Protein Shakes?

Good morning ladies and gentlemen,

I have a tricky question to awnser and it's definitely in the "grey area" of charging VAT.

So my question is do I charge VAT on Protein shakes? I make my own protein shakes in a shop and add these different ingredients to make all different shakes :
Yogurt
Milk
Oats
Frozen fruits
Chia Seeds
Flaxseeds
Protein powder ect

They all consist of Protein Powder, Milk, Yogurt, fruit & Oats. I add other ingredients to different protein shakes.

My accountant says I shouldn't be charging VAT on this product but he doesn't know for definite. Any advice from you wonderful Pros out there?

Thank you ever so much! From what I've read on this link I don't need to charge VAT on the shakes as it comes under food replacement! Brilliant news thank you for replying much appreciated.
