Hi,

Bit of an odd question I know, but do they?

I have a letter waiting for me at the local sorting office that is addressed to 'The directors' of my ltd company. It was dormant for a long time, yet it began trading from march to may this year and haven't filed my taxt return yet (was die 31/5/2011) - could this be a letter from them? Do they send letters re: late tax returns via recorded delivery.

I have literally no idea what else it could be as I don't use the company anymore.

Thanks.

It might be possible to phone up the sorting office, ask them nicely for their assistance, ask them who sent it and ask them to hold on to it while you are away. If you are abroad, use Skype.
A relative once sent me an unsolicited Special Delivery parcel and they returned it because I hadn't collected it for a few weeks - I was away on business.
