Good Morning!
I run a small mountaineering guiding business, and currently there are just the two of us in the company. We both guide in the mountains most days, but also deal with all the admin/enquiries etc.
Currently, the office is in my house, and the main contact number (listed on our website) is our normal household landline. As we're often out and about, the landline redirects straight away to my business partner's mobile. My mobile number is also listed on the website, in the hope that if he can't answer, the caller might try my mobile. Our landline is with BT, and so diverting all calls to a mobile is rather expensive (that said, we don't get that many calls).
Is there a cheaper (more efficient) option, such as using a service such as a Virtual Landline or similar, and is it possible to divert a call to both mobiles at the same time, so that there's a greater chance that one of us can answer the call, and can it also be set-up so that if a voicemail has been left, it notifies us by email?
