Your business may also have a legal responsibility to the agents as I understand the European Agency Laws still stand in the UK, so if your business (assuming the distribution company is a start up) sacks them after a period of time, you may have to compensate them in line with the EU Agency Laws. If your business is new, you may not have to worry about this for some time, but it is a consideration for the future
