Dissolving an LLP

When you dissolve an LLP using an LLP652a form, are you then unable to start or be director/partner of another company for any period of time? Like a ban?

(It would be voluntary dissolution, not forced)

If you successfully dissolve the partnership then there is no associated ban on being a partner or director of another business.

You can be involved in as many entities as you like at one time, regardless of whether they are active, dormant or being struck off.
