Displaying employee calendar

Hi

I’m looking for the best way to display a calendar with employee appointments.

Assume that the calendar is Google calendar, we can have different colours for each employee but currently with 7 x employees with an average of 3 appointments per day the calendar is messy.

We can obviously filter the calendar per employee but I’m trying to find a way to be able to display the calendar in a month view so I can have an over view of the month.

This may need to be a 2x2 TV wall, just wondering how similar service based businesses display this kind of data

What are you trying to achieve?

Have an overview on the month being able to see the appointments mainly to ensure we’re not overlapping areas.

It’s currently very messy and it takes a lot of effort to ensure it’s efficient, only yesterday we noticed on 13th and 18th we have 2 different employees attending the same place
