Directors loans

Hi

When submitting accounts and listing directors transactions in the notes to the accounts do you have to list all loan amounts as they are all quite small.

Can you list just the total amount and then within the additional information state that the maximum balance during the year was £xxxx?

I'm pretty certain it is perfectly fine to list just the total amount in the notes.

Is the directors loan account in credit or debit?
If it is overdrawn, is it more than £5,000?

The account is neutral, it was only ever overdrawn by a maximum of £2,513 at one point all amounts were repaid within a month.
