Directors Loan repaid

I have submitted our 2015/6 accounts to HMRC, it was due by 31/10/2016. There was a small amount in the accounts for a directors loan, it has now been repaid. I have been on HMRC online but can't find how to remove the loan from the return. Any help will be appreciated.
