Hi Brian, as a copywriter, I'd say that you should work on improving yuor web content. I have spotted some grammatical and typographical errors in your website, and this is definitely a turn-off for any visitor. They don't necessarily have to be copywriters to spot these errors. On your Savings! page for example, the third paragraph appears twice. Below is another example. Spot the error here:

"Unlike other direct mailing companies we have designed our service to can cater for the very small print runs, without making you having to pay a premium."

I suggest you review the overall content of your website because there's a lot of room for improvement. I'm no expert on layout, design and functionality but I had our web designer look at it and he suggests incorporating some online forms, add a few images to make it more appealing and professional, and maybe throw in a live chat service as well.

Anyway, in case you don't have an in-house team that can do this, we can help. We offer web design and development services, copywriting and search engine optimization. Please feel free to visit our website www.callboxinc.com. =)

Hi All

We have just launched our new direct mail website www.quickle.com . I would be really interested to hear your comments and to see if we are heading in the right directions.

All the best

The principle of the service is good...

And as a direct mailer I can see the usefuleness

The copy and website are not as compelling as they should be.

And a couple of things...to consider.

You should offer to print teaser copy...
You should offer the insertion of a reply paid envelope...
You could offer printed postcards...

As a direct mailer, I would also want to choose the font of the envelope,
The ability to clip an attention grabber ( but clearly some things need a conversation)
The ability to enter a coloured paper (rather than white paper) order form
The ability to create as an A3 folded, duplex, center staple to produce A4 booklet style letter..
The ability to choose OTHER than white or brown envelopes

And most important of all, the ability to use real stamps rather than the
"I am junk mail, please bin me logos"

Hi All

The initial concept is to keep the service as simple as possible, web, print and post. There are so many variants available for direct mailing and it's this that can make things so confusing, especially for novices to mail shots. We look to offer an uncomplicated quick and efficient service with instant quotes. It's about finding the balance of simplicity whist offering the right services. this is why all your suggestions are so important to us, and have certainly been taken on board

We will in time be offer a more bespoke service too. The client will work with an account manager, who will design the mailing solution that best fits their requirements.

Many thanks

well, I thing that services you are offering are good but they are not perfectly what people see in the direct mail. when I started my campaign then I look for every possible loop hole in the projects. I also see that you are using the old type of advertisement material for direct mail try to change them.
