Digital Downloads E-commerce Store - What Would Be The Best Platform?

Hi - I am thinking of creating an online store for digital downloads.

I would need an e-commerce store that would enable me to do this.

I will use cPanel and have Fantastico Deluxe, are there any of the packages on Fantastico that will enable me to do this?

I was thinking of Oscommerce, mainly because of the catalogue front end and payment gateways.

what do any of you suggest.

Depending on the size of your files try e junkie (I haven't enough posts to post the url - so just google e junkie) offers a good solution, unfortunately my files are over 1Gb so the costs would mount up, however I do use their Fat Free solution for our clothing range, very easy to install and maintain.

I sell my files via Payloadz who host them as well. Been using them for a few years now and not had any problems with them. They have various price brackets depending on monthly sales value. Your products also appear in their store. There's also Tradebit (but they charge per download) and Plimus who do similar.

Most carts support digital downloads. But if you want something easy to setup and use have a look at Open Cart.
