Diary based software

Hi there
I hope someone can offer advice. I need some software to help with my event prop hire and florist business. I basically need some sort of system where I can book out the things I hire on a diary system so I know at the click of the button that my customer has 12 candleabras booked for the 12 June and also a facilty to add comprehensive notes about flower requirements and prices.
Does anyine have any ideas? At the moment I'm relying on outlook and paper copies and as we get busier it's getting very complicated.

We use Google Calendar to run our shedualing and it will email you reminders, plus its all free and online so you can access it from anywhere

I was going to mention Google Calendar too, may be too simple for your needs but can be very usefull for managing time based opperations.

Hi,

I think you can use a task/to do list software like Astrid for such tasks.
At least on a very simple level, this type of software will keep reminding you that you'll need this many utensils on 12 October.

Google calendar is also a nice option.

Hi, have you found a good solution? Check out Teamup Calendar at teamup.com. It should allow you to do exactly what you need to do for free.

Google offer something like Business Calendar, I think that would be good for you, please check this:

We too use Google Apps for Business which includes Email, Calendar, Drive. It is only $5/person and will help you with your scheduling and reminders.
