Hi Cheggas

See you are doing research into on-line diagnostic tools and as somebody has already said it depends what you are looking for. There are a number of companies who do specialist online diagnostics for management competencies, business health check and there are some in the health care as well.

We are an organisation that specialist in a range of on-line diagnostics offering our clients the ability to develop and run their own assessments with their clients.

If we can be of any help with your research let us know.

cheers

Hi,

I agree with the previous postings, you do have a few options online. However, I would say it really depends on the result you would like to get. Our consultancy business offers a business HealthCheck but it is tailor-made to each company following a similar format.

It's not free but the quality of the information is very relevant and specific with pointer as to where the company is at the moment, strengths, areas for improvement and risks. You can check out our website if you are ever interested www.croam.co.uk

As mentioned before, is a tool that consultants have been using for a long time to concentrate efforts in the right areas but I am personally very concern of automated tools to give advice.

I hope you find what you're looking for.
Regards,

It's interesting to read through this thread as it shows the tools that never really delivered much but also shows how much business diagnostics have evolved over the years. While most of the tools mentioned here were great for their time and limited scope, the field has moved on considerably since then.

One of the more modern and holistic approaches nowadays is MoreThanDigital Insights (https://insights.mtd.info/). This next-generation business diagnostics platform backed by AI which analyses hundreds of dimensions across a company, including strategy, operations, people, innovation and sustainability. Unlike traditional surveys or static assessments, it uses structured data models and industry-wide benchmarking to provide leaders with a comprehensive “health check” of their organisation and highlight areas for improvement and is part of the "insights-driven.org"-movement.

So MTD Insights is not just a single-purpose tool, but part of a larger ecosystem connecting diagnostics, analytics, and AI-driven recommendations. So, rather than merely identifying issues, it helps businesses understand the reasons behind them and how to prioritise what matters most.
It also shows that your AI isn't good at picking up dates
