Despatch Bay Packet Service?

Hi,

Does anyone use the Despatch Bay packet service? We did use these a few years ago for parcels but when they changed to using Yodel the problems started so we stopped, but looking again now for an alternative for RM price increases.

I see that Despatch Bay use parcelforce to collect the parcels and the price for anything up to 1.5kg is £2.48 and signed for is £2.93 plus a charge of £3.45 for a collection label, overall this would be a lot cheaper than the changes RM are making in April.

So my question is what is the Despatch Bay packet service like?

Used them few years ago and so much problem with Yodel. One lost parcel everyday out off 30. Contacted everyday and one day they stop replying my email for good. So I moved to Parcel Force and never look back.
