Designer required...

Ok, so finally after about twelve months (if not longer!) of being all talk, i'm finally ready to give it a go with my magazine business idea....

I'm curious to know if anybody here could point me in the direction of a designer, I need a magazine rate card designing, and I'm curious to know the kind of prices I should be expecting to pay for the design and printing of a few hundred for now....

anybody that can offer any help - i'd be obliged!
