Good morning UK,
I am currently coming to the end of the initial Patent Process, and within a month would expect it to be filed.
After filing I will be getting a colleague to help me with some graphic work in the sense that I will explain my concept and he will draw up the 3D pictures to help assist my pitch for licensing.
I am right in saying he could have property rights on some part of the artwork and any design work he creates? If so, should I have a contract the passes exclusive right to the work he carries out over to me?
I would welcome any advice greatly.
Also if it is the case, does anyone have a good working example I can use?
