Hi

I'm thinking about setting up my own residential demolition business dismantling and reclamation Business

I've got extensive experience in the construction industry anyone in this line of business could give me some advice I'm going to start out small and build up the company I will also do sub work for other companies.

What type of license will the business need to operate? I know the workers will need ccdo operative cards cscs cards etc..

Any advice will be greatfull

I would employ an expert as the regulations connected with demolition are very very extensive and should not be left to the amateurs. Your main contractors will expect you to have expert professional advice on the regulations, so I would get it as soon as possible.

You may also have to consider registering for a waste carriers licence as a lot of what you will be moving or disposing of will be classed as waste.
